In a time when the market has been doing crazy things, they made us feel calm and reassured as we were in safe and knowledgeable hands. They really treat the whole process as if they were looking for their own homes. We could always count in them for honest advice and guidance. She really understood what I was looking for from the get go... but was still really great at making me consider and assess a variety of places. By gauging my reactions to lots of different apartments, she was able to help me understand what my non-negotiables were and what was highest priority for me from my Wishlist.

I found an apartment so much faster than I could ever have imagined and George was great in helping me secure it rapidly via her great people skills that shone through in her interactions with all the various stakeholders (agents, lawyers, mortgage brokers etc) and how she helped me stay calm and think things through as logically as possible in a fast moving and stressful situation.

I couldn’t have imagined buying an apartment as close to the beach as I have. It ticks all my boxes of living in it now and due to lots of factors that George helped me identify, will be a great long-term investment.

We met with Carli and George when we were still thinking about using a buyer’s agent and signed them that day. We immediately felt comfortable that their personalities and experience made them the correct fit for us and we were absolutely correct. They were spot on with reading body language and even though it was the first property they showed us, they knew it was the one.
