About: After purchasing for their children these clients sat down with us to discuss their wants and needs to downsize and live a convenient life. Within a few weeks we had found the perfect fit for them however on first glance they were not convinced. On a second look we brought along our builder who gave advice and estimations for a new kitchen/laundry and general upgrades. After this second visit they were in love with the idea(s) and we hotly pursued this property prior to auction.
